UFG named a Top Workplace in Iowa for 2021

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – September 14, 2021

For the sixth time, UFG Insurance has been named a Top Workplace in Iowa by The Des Moines Register.

Rankings for the 2021 list are based completely on employees' opinions from an anonymous survey performed by a third party. The survey asks employees to assess metrics such as organizational health, engagement and company leadership. In 2021, UFG came in at 16th out of 23 total companies that made the list in the large company category.

“We are thrilled to receive the Top Workplace designation for a sixth time and the positive feedback from our employees,” said UFG Vice President of Human Resources Tracy Bastian. “A big thanks to our people and we look forward to continuing to grow a strong workplace culture.”

UFG was first named to the Top Workplace list in 2012.
