UFG Insurance wins two golds in the 42nd Annual Telly Awards

UFG recognized with two Telly Awards

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA (May 28, 2021) — UFG Insurance is proud to announce it’s won two golds, a silver and a bronze in the 42nd Annual Telly Awards. 

The UFG Insurance no better place to be commercial won two gold Tellys for the categories of “Insurance for Local TV” and “Corporate Image for Local TV” while the 75-year anniversary video received a silver and bronze award in “Billboard for Non-Broadcast” and “Use of Archival Footage for Non-Broadcast.” 

The Telly Awards honor excellence in video and television across all screens and is judged by leaders from video platforms, television, streaming networks and production companies including Netflix, A&E Networks, Nickelodeon, ESPN Films, Vimeo and many more. 

“We’re thrilled to bring home UFG's first couple of gold Telly Awards in 2021, the same year our company celebrates 75 years in business,” said Assistant Vice President and Marketing Communications Manager Casey Prince. “I am humbled by the talented people that come to work everyday at UFG Insurance, and honored anytime a reputable organization like the Tellys acknowledges our work.”

UFG has won Telly Awards in the past but this year marks its first and second gold. The award-winning work was produced while working from home due to the pandemic.
