UFG Insurance makes list of carriers employees love to work for

UFG Insurance made Carrier Management’s 2020 list of carriers that employees love to work for. Following the path of potential job hunters in the property and casualty insurance industry and examining Glassdoor reviews, the final list whittles the review website’s more than 7,000 insurance companies down to 18 of the best.
“We take pride in our Glassdoor reviews,” says UFG President and CEO Randy Ramlo. “Being mentioned on this exclusive list proves our employees value us as much as we value them.”
UFG has 63 Glassdoor reviews with an average rating of 4.3 out of 5.
“At the center of everything we do is our people,” says Ramlo. “We couldn’t do it without them.”
