No-touch claims after the storm in Jefferson City, MO

We know you’ve been working hard in the aftermath of the hail storm on Friday, March 27, 2020. Tensions are also high amid the COVID-19 outbreak, but rest assured UFG Insurance is focused on being there for you and processing claims during these difficult times. That’s why we’ve implemented no-touch claims services to protect our policyholders during the pandemic.  

UFG is ready to help with no-touch claims
We want to help in a manner that prioritizes the health and wellbeing of our policyholders. Here are a few things to note about our no-touch claims services:
  • We have resources available to work auto and/or property claims without the need for face-to-face contact.
  • We have partners who will scope impacted property or damage to vehicles—wherever they are located. We will write the estimate and send a check.
  • Please feel free to have the customer select the contractor or automotive body shop of their choice. If there are any supplements with the claim, we will work directly with the repair vendor of choice.
