UFG Insurance now offers work comp in all possible states where the P&C carrier currently writes commercial insurance policies.

That means its agents and policyholders across a total of 29 states can explore adding workers comp to their trusted UFG coverages, creating a convenient one-carrier stop for even more business insurance needs.

Senior VP of Field Operations Jeremy Bahl  explained, “Having workers compensation available for small business, construction and middle market business reinforces UFG’s desire to be a total account solution for customers.”

UFG proudly offers its comprehensive workers comp capabilities as an addition to policies in these states:

        Alabama.          Missouri.
        Arizona.          Montana.
        Arkansas.         Nebraska.
        California.         Nevada.
        Colorado.         New Jersey.
        Florida.         New Mexico.
        Idaho.         Oklahoma.
        Iowa.          Oregon.
        Illinois.         Pennsylvania.
        Indiana.          South Dakota.
        Kansas.         Tennessee.
        Kentucky.          Texas.
        Louisiana.         Utah.
        Minnesota.         Wisconsin.
        Mississippi.

We know one reason many of our independent agents and their customers choose UFG is the high value we place on the person-centered side of the insurance business,” stated Kelly Goins, UFG’s workers compensation line of business leader. “When it comes to a coverage like work comp that’s meant for lives and livelihoods, a personal approach like ours, dedicated expertise and the convenience of having one carrier to turn to for all commercial insurance needs are qualities that matter.”

“We want our agents and policyholders to ‘think UFG’ when it comes to their workers comp coverage — it’s as simple as that,” Goins continued. “If you’re thinking of us for an insurance quote, give us an opportunity to review your workers compensation needs as well.”
