UFG welcomes Michael Shneibaum as VP, Southeast regional manager

UFG Insurance is pleased to announce Michael Shneibaum has been appointed vice president, regional manager of its Southeast region. In this newly created role, Shneibaum will be responsible for developing and executing underwriting strategy to drive profitable growth in the company’s existing territory of Alabama, Florida, Mississippi and Tennessee.
Shneibaum joins UFG with nearly 30 years of industry experience and a strong background as an underwriting leader in the Southeastern U.S. He spent the past 13 years at CNA Insurance, serving as vice president, commercial officer. Prior to that, he served in various underwriting roles at OneBeacon Insurance Company, Chubb Insurance, Selective Insurance and AON Group.
“UFG has been doing business in the Southeast region for a number of years and we look forward to increasing our market penetration in this territory under Michael’s dedicated leadership,” said Vice President of Field Operations Jeremy Bahl. “Michael has strong relationships with many of our existing partners, which makes him uniquely suited to lead our growth efforts in the Southeast.”
