CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – October 6, 2022

Deep Customer Connections (DCC), a firm helping property and casualty insurance carriers measure agent relationships, has named UFG Insurance as one of its 2023 Elite™ partners.

“Many carriers claim to make it easy for their agents to write business, but few actively invite anonymous feedback from all of their agents to make sure that they deliver on their promise,” said Jason Bogart, CEO of Deep Customer Connections, in a release.

Elite status is measured through standardized metrics and competitive benchmarks derived from each carrier’s agent network. UFG exceeds expectations in ease of business, per DCC metrics, thereby delivering on its promise of success for its agents.

“We strive to create simple solutions for doing business with us — a UFG mission-based promise to agents — and we’re so pleased our independent agents continue to find exceptional value in our partnership,” said Mike Sheeley, CMO, UFG Insurance. “We’re committed to empowering success through strategic innovation.”

UFG is one of just five carriers to receive this certification.
