UFG Insurance initiates response team following June 4 storms

Following the severe storms near Rapid City, South Dakota, on Thursday, June 4, 2020, the claims team from UFG Insurance is assisting policyholders with no-touch claims service. Rest assured, UFG Insurance is focused on being there for policyholders and processing claims during these difficult times.

No-touch claims is a way for policyholders to have automotive and/or property damage assessed without the need for face-to-face contact. Here are a few things to note about UFG’s no-touch claims services: 

  • UFG representatives will scope your impacted property or damage to your vehicle—wherever it is located. We will write the estimate and send policyholders a check.
  • UFG is encouraging policyholders to select the contractor or automotive body shop of their choice. If there are any supplements with a claim, UFG will work directly with the repair vendor.
