If you are a policyholder of a United Fire Group insurance policy, you may register to use our Policyholder Services section. During the registration process you will be asked to create a user name and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the privacy of your password and for all uses of your user name and password, including all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify United Fire Group immediately of any unauthorized use of your password. United Fire Group will not be held liable for any losses you may incur as the result of unauthorized use of your password.

You will also be asked for your name, zip code and policy number or account number as it appears on your United Fire Group policy. This information is used only to identify you as a policyholder of United Fire Group before you register. You are also required to enter one unique identifier of your choice that will be used only to identify you in the event that you forget your password.
