UFG Risk Control introduces virtual consultations for real-time solutions
It is easy for business owners to overlook managing insurance needs and requirements amid their ever-growing to-do lists. Recognizing this, UFG Risk Control now offers virtual risk control visits, making it easier for commercial businesses to access high-quality risk management services.
“Business owners juggle countless responsibilities every day,” said Gary Clevenger, vice president of UFG Risk Control. “Our virtual risk assessments help alleviate some of that burden by reducing disruptions and saving their valuable time. Flexibility and efficiency are key. Our team is ready to meet policyholders and agents wherever they are, bringing deep industry experience in a more accessible format.
UFG’s risk assessments can be conducted using one of several online meeting platforms, allowing remote risk consultation. Virtual visits enhance flexibility in scheduling while still allowing tenured consultants to be present with our customers.
“Similar to traditional in-person assessments,” Clevenger continued, “virtual assessments allow us to be present with our customers in meaningful ways. We can meet with an agent and insured in one state, then check in with a jobsite superintendent in another — all within a matter of hours. The value proposition is significant, and we’re excited to offer this seamless option.”
