Camp and Woolsey wildfires: Information for policyholders

Released on: Nov 12, 2018, 10:55 AM
UFG Insurance is closely monitoring the wildfire situation in the Paradise/Chico and Thousand Oaks areas and preparing to deploy catastrophe teams to the area to assist the customers of our California agents who may be affected. Though we hope these fires don't strengthen or spread significantly, we strongly encourage our customers to heed all safety advice from local authorities and to take any safety measures to minimize the impact of these wildfires.

If you need to report a claim to UFG, please use one of the following methods:

• Online at ufgInsurance.com or ufgPolicyholder.com
• By phone at 800-343-9131
• Directly to your UFG agent

Additional information will be forthcoming depending on the impact of these wildfires. We will continue to monitor these wildfires closely as we prepare to help our California-area customers in the aftermath of these fires.
