Browser error

Your browser is out of date

If you receive an error stating your browser is out of date, follow one of the steps below to update.

Update your desktop computer browser:

Each browser has different steps required for upgrading. Follow the links below for instructions on updating your browser.

Internet Explorer

Microsoft Edge: Microsoft Edge is part of Windows 10 and can't be separately updated. It's updated through regular Windows updates.

Mozilla Firefox (Windows and macOS)

Chrome (Windows and macOS)

Safari (macOS)

Safari (Windows)

 

Update your mobile device browsers:

Follow the steps below to be sure you have the most up-to-date mobile browser.

iOS
  1. Open the App Store on your iOS mobile device.
  2. Search for the web browser.
  3. Click Update.
  4. Note: If you use the default browser on iOS (Safari), this is updated with software updates and not by the end user.
Android
  1. Open Google Play on your mobile device.
  2. Search for the web browser.
  3. Click Update.
Windows
  1. Open the Microsoft Store on your mobile device.
  2. Search for the web browser.
  3. Click Update.
