UFG Insurance is excited to announce a new policy administration system along with other updates designed to enhance your experience with us. As part of this transition, we will be converting all eligible policies to our new policy administration system.

Conversion process and eligibility

What to expect
Subject to eligibility, UFG will begin converting existing policies with an effective date of December 1, 2025, or later, to our new system over a 12-month period. The lines of business impacted include: commercial property, general liability, commercial auto, inland marine, crime, commercial output policy, professional liability (E&O), cyber, workers compensation and umbrella.

Prior to the policy expiration date and within applicable state regulations, policyholders will receive a non-renewal notice. For eligible policyholders, the non-renewal letter will detail why they are receiving the notice and include a link to the UFG policy updates resource webpage. Shortly after, these policyholders will receive a new offer of coverage.
