UFG is looking for a Leadership Development Specialist that will ensure management and leadership development strategies are in place to achieve desired results and maximize leadership effectiveness or reinforce leadership development across the organization. The individual will identify leadership development needs and deploy programs, tools and processes to enhance organizational leadership capabilities.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct classroom and individual training sessions
  • Solicit and act on feedback from participants of training sessions
  • Coordinate needed training with all corporate locations
  • Order materials (if needed), schedule appropriate evaluation times
  • Research solutions for leader development
  • Provide feedback to project coordinators and management related to the topic
  • Create easy-to-understand training materials
  • Develop training aids and other supplemental material
  • Maintain a file of training materials
  • Coordinate training sessions date with facilitators for all regions
  • Keep inventory information on Pacific Institute materials
  • Facilitate Pacific Institute curriculum at UFG
  • Document and track all completed seminars, classes, conferences by those leaders
  • Monitor questions/activities to identify training needs

 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in education or management- related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years proven track record of design and delivery of training in a corporate environment, with a strong emphasis on leadership development.
  • Experience in training adults or adult-related education.
