UFG earns five-star rating from Insurance Business America

As an insurance carrier, how well are we meeting needs? It’s a question we constantly ask ourselves at UFG Insurance and one Insurance Business America (IBA) set out to answer in its sixth annual Brokers on Carriers survey. 

IBA asked brokers to rate their carriers on a scale of 1 (poor) to 10 (excellent). Based on the results, UFG was one of only 25 companies to earn Five-Star Carrier status from Insurance Business America in 2019. 

This marks the fourth year we’ve made the list, earning five-star ratings in these categories:

• Commitment to the broker distribution channel. 
• Underwriting expertise.
• Product training and marketing support.
